looking at your last 4 weeks' numbers, I don't think you need to!

if the Nal is working for you - which it seems to be - then taking more won't have any more effect - either your opiod receptors are blocked or they aren't. I *never* got to the "pour the drink away" stage on 50mg, so I'm not sure that dose ever worked for me, but it has for you, so stick with it - Nal + Drinking + PATIENCE = CURE :D

Great to hear of your progress, Badger. So encouraging! I am on day #58 and making some progress. No AF days yet but it takes me 3 days to finish a box of wine (still more than a bottle a day) and I never switch to something else when the wine is gone. Slow but steady...

Congrats on the great numbers Badger! Very happy for you! I decided to change to 75mg this week and I am starting to notice a difference. My numbers weren't much different last week but I find myself more repulsed by alcohol this week being on 75mg. Keep up the good work!!

I rather lost my mojo last week - only one AF & a big jump in my drinking :(

for my two previous good weeks I'd been really low on Nal & was rationing myself, which probably helped. however last week I got a new order of Nal through & went a bit nuts

anyway, I seem to be back on track this week. 2 AF's so far & frankly no interest in drinking, so I'm feeling a bit more positive :)

hope everyone is doing okay

Yes you did sort of lose the plot the last couple of weeks - am glad that you are back on track again!! I was wondering if when you went up to 75, that it works the same as when one actually starts Nal - you know, the honeymoon period? I keep thinking about going up, but think I will wait and see how things go with you. I am proud of you in that when you were low on Nal, you didn't drink - so it shows that we CAN do it if we really want to - right ? Something really worth thinking about I think. Good that you are back to lower intake this week !!

Hugs, Maggie
