Badger you will get there. I believe it will work for you. Some people it takes months and some years but it is still worth the fight. Don't give up and I am proud of you.

that's sweet of you to say AG, but I'm not feeling terribly proud of myself at the moment

had a pretty disastrous week - no AF's, didn't keep track of my units - but in truth, probably still better than a heavy pre-TSM week. I did a taper day yesterday as I was back into the shakes, sweats, palpitations, etc. but am feeling much better today. I'm on leave this week so sleeping - always my nemesis - isn't such a problem. I have some fun things lined up for later in the week, so a good incentive to grab a few AF's before then so I can enjoy those activities without being hungover

I'm doing okay thanks Maggie :)

I had a better week. a couple of rather uncomfortable taper days at the start - I really hope that's the last time I ever have to do that - & then a fairly sensible week. no AF's, but for a week off work that normally starts with good intentions & goes rapidly down hill from there, I'm pretty happy. spring seems to have sprung here in the UK, & what with the lighter evenings I've been able to get out & do a few fun things, which always lifts my mood

I'm aiming for a few AF's this week to get back on track - back to work tomorrow, so that should encourage me to behave ;)

have a good week everyone

-badger

It is nice to see things are back down for you Badger. You have to feel good about that! The weather is a lot nicer here as well and I plan to try and do more outdoor activities that don't involve drinking. Keep up the good work!

Badger, glad that things are going better for you. Spring here in Florida means more heat than I want so it is the time of year when we start to envy the rest of the world. Still beautiful clear days though and I am trying to be grateful. Hugs to you Newlife

Hi badger, looks like your numbers have really come down, good for you!
Spring is here and I just love the sunshine, warmer weather and the longer evenings as well. I am a bit of a home body but need to get out and about and enjoy this weather more now too.
Nal On!

Hey Badger - good to hear that you are being more positive - you really were feeling down there for a while - but we can do this !! The weather for me unfortunately means working out in the garden and that means ..... YES, a drink !!! Although with the house up for sale, it means all I can do is weed - cannot put anything in, plus the weather here is still nowhere near the last frost dates - but I can get out and weed - once the ground dries from the torrential rain and storms earlier in the week! LOL

Hope that working means it will be easier for you - I have every faith in you !

hugs, Maggie x
