Brit --

I'm speechless. What does one say at a time like this? My heart bleeds for you.

My best,

Nick

I'm so sorry Brit that you have lost your brother. I too have a brother who's life is on the line with alcohol and I fear for him too. I'll remember your brother in my prayers. This could be a lesson for all of us - let's not lose touch with our brothers and sisters!! We all need each other. Pick up the phone, send an e-mail and let's be to them what we'd like them be to us.

Thank You to everyone for your condolences and sharing your hearts with me.
And please do take what BGH said to heart.
I know it sounds redundant, but you really never know when you will lose a loved one and I certainly remember my last words to my brother and they could have been kinder than they were but being human (arrogant) I knew there would always be tomorrow to make things up with him.

I did give into the wine bottle (taking my Nal first) last night but not because I was really craving that much, I just needed some sleep.
I drank 3 glasses and wow, they were potent! I passed out cold as soon as I got the last drink down.

Thanks again you nice folks,
Brit

Pre TSM I drank 50 to 70 units per week.
Started TSM and Nal on 10/16/09.
Week1
29 units average craving about 4
Week 2
43 units cravings 6
Week 3
46 units craving 8
Week 4
30 units cravings 5

One month under my belt! Go Nal.

That's incredible Brit!

Would you like to participate in our community TSM data collection project? It's where we put all of our units consumed into one spreadsheet and analyze it, so we can help future TSM'ers better understand the process. Here is a recent graph we made using this data: http://www.thesinclairmethod.net/community/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=988&sid=0073a98a1aeed210125f9cf362f0d1a7
