bob, thanks for the heads up! i will post if there is a spike. i had a HUGE spike about 6 weeks in that lasted 2 weeks. i own it up to giving myself 'permission' to drink. i mean, we are all sentient, intelligent beings, and, esp if one went thru aa, we want to 'prove it' to ourselves, i guess. but i will post if i have a huge craving in month 3....I HOPE NOT!!! but thanks for the heads up, dear.

I think you took what I wrote wrong. I'm not worried about the spiking again. As I am sure I binge again before it fully takes hold, the change has been that I have NOT been binging this week.

I am way below my units and I'm not white knuckling it. It's not an effort to have an AF day this week, didn't even think about it.

I've been sleeping better this week.

I think maybe the switch is flipping slowly maybe I have a dimmer swith instead, so I'm feeling better about this. I am at 3 1/2 months. I plan on going until the 6 month mark.
