I am glad you have found something to work for you and hold onto.

I agree that I am powerless over alcohol without the help of nal (why it scares me when people drink without it) and I will be for the rest of my life.

There have been a few people that could not do TSM (the guy that owns this forum is one) and they had to find another way out, for there is no wrong way or right way...as long as alcohol is no longer the leader of our lives is all that matters.

Please stop by from time to time to update us on your success, for you have a lot to be proud of.

Congrats on the 64 for days sober...go you!
