Thanks very much to you all. I did have 7.5 units yesterday after 3 AF days, so my goal of a week was not reached. UK, I got rejected by the military due to my anxiety driven 140BPM heart rate. I can remember the anxiety all the way back to my childhood; school tests, sports like track and wrestling, everything made me a wreck. This is a great place to hang out for a while. Not because of my posts but the great responses and encouragement I received. Cheeto, your comment about your Beast Brain suggests you have had exposure to RR. I actually flew from NC to California to attend Trimpey's program. Within a week I was drinking again. Best to all!

Hope all's well retread, hang in there, I'm finding that AF time is a learning experience.

Retread, yes I read the book and actually even called Jack Trimpey and spoke to him. He said to me "why don't you just quit and why don't you just make the Big Plan and do it?" It may have worked for many but try as I did re-reading the book and following everything to a "T" that was in the book I could not stop drinking. He wanted me to also fly and come to the program but I did not have that kind of money as it was super expensive and from what you tell me probably a waste of time.
I think TSM is my only last hope so I am keeping the faith this will work somewhere down the line!
