Have you tried increasing your does of Nal for drinking? like 75mg instead of 50? It might be worth trying for a while.
Do you know if your blood-sugar levels are stable? If you eat a lot of proceeded carbs and sweet drinks and foods, it's likely that your blood-sugar is roller coasting. For example; when you eat a doughnut your blood-sugar spikes, but then it plummets, making you crave more sugar, and up and down and up and down it goes all day. Low blood-sugar also causes alcohol cravings.
To avoid this, make sure you
never let yourself go hungry, ever.
Eat protein with
every meal and snack, always.
Avoid processed foods and sodas.
Protein comes in the form of meat, fish, eggs, tempeh, quinoa, nuts and dairy products. All of these are easy to find and prepare.
