good work on the quitting smoking and starting working out marmot! i think both of those things will help you along with TSM. Keep posting!

Had a bit of a regression. Stopped taking nal and now I'm understanding how much difference it made. So am I starting from scratch or will it pick back up in a bit? Curious to know but either way I'll continue now that I know how that it has a positive effect on me.
