No one on this site can responsibly answer questions that only an MD could reliably answer, namely, any questions about drug interactions. That being said, the answer to your question could be answered in both the book and the naltrexone insert, which both clearly outline when naltrexone should not be taken/prescribed.

It is my understanding if you have a pharmacist you can ask questions about drug interactions, they are educated to have answers. If you order a medicine from a pharmacy, there usually is (in this computer age) an alert if any of the drugs you have on script interfere with any of the other meds, as far back as ten years.
In this case, ordering not from your pharmacy, you still can ask a "friendly" pharmacist about drug interactions. They usually are most helpful people.
