Hello all!!

Sorry I've been away for a while ... here's the story ...

I started back in February and was delighted to see my UK units reduce from about 60 UK per week to about 30 per week until July (and with 2 or 3 AF a week .. hooray) .. when disaster struck!

I couldn't get any more Nal!!

... I'd been ordering on line from Goldpharma .. but they seem to have put their price up from about £42 for 28 pills to £176!! eeek!

I did try some clinic in Glasgow advertising online Sinclair method Scotland - complete waste of time! total rip off ... wanted £220 for consultation and more money for private prescription ...

So ... I'm back

Needless to say I've not taken any Nal since July and my units are right back up there ... feeling rather disappointed but just hoping I can get some from Allday maybe and get right back to it!!

Any advice/encouragement welcome for anyone?!


PS Also - UKers - please let me know how you get Nal (My GP is not an option) Thanks!

Welcome back Lorrain, we missed you. Allday is the only source I have used since starting in January. (2 weeks to get shipped to USA midwest) Allday has worked well for me.

Glad to see you're here agin but sorry to hear about your setback. I've answered the question you left on my thread about All Day so I wont go through it all again here but the short answer is that I got my supplies from them without a bother.
I too contacted the clinic in Glasgow....but they never even got back to me! I did speak to Dr. Berkowitz from The Wimpole clinic in London (he'd been recommended by someone on here) and he was helpful and knew what he was talking about. He charges £200 for the initial consult and then the tablets are £50 a month. I'm happy enough to go it alone, but it's nice to think that he could be an option if for some awful reason I can't get my hands on nal in the future.

Good to see you back , I started myself 4 weeks ago and will start a thread in the next couple of days . A friend of mine was in Spain and was able to get 4 boxes of nal for me in a chemist over there without prescription , He did know the chemist though , so if you know anybody in spain or going to spain maybe its worth a shot . It cost me 88 euros for 4 boxes 28 tabs each box . Hope you are well , wishing you da best.

Well ... all that remains now is to find the £54 to stump up to all day ... where's that credit card? Better spent on Nal than booze I guess!

Just waiting for my supply to arrive from Goldpharma ... hopefully early next week

This week has been pretty disastrous .. but hey ... to all of you out there spending money on these pills .. its worth it!! (As I've found out .. if you don't take 'em cos you don't have 'em ... guess what ... it doesn't work!!)

Right .. I'm on a wee bit of a downer today .. for no reason ... so thought I'd just come on here to get some inspiration ... I really want to get back to where I was ...and it is great reading how others are getting on - that's cheering me up!

Does anyone know how it works second time round?? Is it the same that you have a honeymoon period??

Oh Lorraine, sorry to hear that you're feeling a bit down. Your order will arrive soon and you'll be back on track...in a month or so you'll forget this time ever happened. There are lots of people on here who have started for a second (or even a third) time, so you're not alone. Quite a few that I've read about were a long way down the road (some even at cure point) when they stopped taking nal for whatever reason and then found themselves back to square one. I can't remember all the names, but I know DoTheWork tried it more than once and I also think that Trisha is second time around. On the plus side, you'll be going into it knowing that it works for you. To cut your intake by half as you had done was pretty good going and you'll soon be there again. Hang tight, take care of yourself, soak up the inspiration on this board and know that you'll soon be posting your own success story.

I hope your supply gets to you quickly , I started about 6 weeks ago , and just got the book today ,looking forward to reading it . I haven't noticed any major change , except a lot of the time the wine tastes woefully bad , I can still drink it though sometimes I feel really proud of myself

I'm about to start for the second time and am curious about how things are going to go. I had results from the start and my units for the most part stayed around 30-40 (UK) from anything from 70-140 before hand.

thanks for replies ... great to hear from you all .... I'm in much better form tonight ... but unfortunataely had too much over the weekend ... and pills not arrived yet ... hope they'll com in the post tomorrow or Wednesday ..
