7 months into TSM and I'm cured! It makes me sad that TSM is not widely known. This program has givin me back my life, confidence and control. I wish you all the best.

Thank you for posting ... I've just read through your thread and its really encouraging to read your progress and now cure! I'm hearing what you say about having a spike - I'm noticing a few up weeks but my general trend is down - so I will take your advice and stick with it ...This really does motivate me and I'm sure many others ... - thanks Lorraine
