Hi all, since my whine earlier in the week I've upped my dose from .25 daily to .50 as when I began. I was getting paranoid about the expense and making my supply last so I went to .25...but I felt I was not as much in control (and talked to hubby about ordering more even tho expensive and he said fine...) so I'm back at .50

I have done this for three nights in a row and I notice a DIFFERENCE in control and I actually only had 1 glass tonight.

My point is that perhaps those who are struggling might want to up their dose??? I know this has been discussed before but just a thought. I'm feeling more positive. I've got a pal with a UPS store address in the U.S. that I can use so will be ordering more Nal soon. This will make me feel much better!

If you can get them through costco, they are $1.50 or less per pill... less than the booze I drink. Hope that helps.
