hello cheeto,
So we started the same time and I always look for your name.
I think we've had similar experiences, some obvious results but nothing like we wanted and boy have we stuck at it for a decent length of time, I would imagine like me its cos you don't know what else you would do.
I too have had times when I've think I cracked it and it seems like me you have too back in September.
I think that like me we wished for the results others have had, the miracle cures; but we aren't going to get them now I don't think.
HOWEVER don't you remember how bad it once was? I remember you struggling to have an af day and now you have had many, I remember the same thing for myself, I sussed the AF days but still cant seem to do moderation when I do drink. All in all there has been change, not as much as we hoped but surely we are both in a better place?
Personally I think/I know I lied about my real pre TSM drinking levels and that makes the TSM Nigel look less good. I have decided that any small change is worth it and so to continue, I know that I am drinking less have more af days and less hangovers; but I am 100% with you that its not the level I would like it to be, or the level that I was lead to believe it would be.
I would suggest continuing as TSM has done SOMETHING and adding more in. Personally I have agreed with my wife that we just don't drink in the week at home, previously she would drink which would always tempt me, or I would find any excuse to celebrate or commiserate. I don't know what would work for you, BUT I do know that you don't have to give up TSM for something else to work
