I think I am now at the stage where my cravings before I drink are down. Im not thinking about it ALL the time. Im not thinking I MUST have a drink today, however, I have binged twice now since I got back to my normal surroundings. I think its habit and the fact that I have not yet extinguished the pathway. So, although I feel lots better I still have a long way to go. It took me nearly 20 years to get to this stage so it won't happen overnight. I expect ups and downs and ultimately success
