Thanks Happy, I live for these posts and the hope that it brings to me. I am on here all the time just looking for that special something that will resonate with me. Hanging by a string and have been for a long time.

Yes Camelia - my 'oops,' as I addressed my last post to you and it should have been toward LaBear. You (Camelia) are just a few weeks ahead of me with TSM, and it's very, very encouraging to see your sudden breakthrough. My progress has been sketchy at times, but my overall drinking level is down, and I even managed an AF last week without any real struggle. I want so much to have that as a normal experience - and now I can at least hope it comes in the next few weeks, as yours has.

Thanks for your post!

Hi Goinformore,

I think I am now at the stage where my cravings before I drink are down. Im not thinking about it ALL the time. Im not thinking I MUST have a drink today, however, I have binged twice now since I got back to my normal surroundings. I think its habit and the fact that I have not yet extinguished the pathway. So, although I feel lots better I still have a long way to go. It took me nearly 20 years to get to this stage so it won't happen overnight. I expect ups and downs and ultimately success :-)

Cheers all

Camelia
