Hi Shasha - great attitude, love it. I know it's hard when you don't see dramatic results so looking for those 'moments' and recognizing them is really important...it's working and you will get there. Keep at it and don't get discouraged!

Hi guys - thanks so much for all your support and encouragement - it really helps.

Canadian - I have never had nausea with the Nal. I have a prescription from my doctor in the UK - brand name Nalorex.

Take care all and good luck.

Hi guys - have been keeping up with you all, just not posting at the mo. Progress is shown in my signature. Small changes, quite subtle, but I am very hopeful again. Mood is better, sleeping is way better, hangovers are better - all good. I must now try to respond to actual craving levels rather than go into autopilot once I start drinking in the evening.

Good Luck all

Good Morning (here) Shasha --

Great progress!

Your numbers look a great deal like mine before I had to quit due to illness (pain meds). My drinking levels went up to beyond pre-TSM just as yours did. I was about to report a major week-8 drop for week eight. Many (but not all) of us notice a quantum leap some time around week 6 to 12, so yours may be just around the corner. The important thing is you're doing it. Thanks for sharing with us.
