This is like the first list of studies that I've looked at. I've got full access to all of them. It'd be crazy to post all this stuff here. I could either just post the abstracts and dole them out upon request or I'd need a domain to upload them to.

 They've done studies, specifically trying to figure out why in the hell doctors don't f***ing prescribe Naltrexone

I have tsmnet.net for no other reason than to plop my graphs. Are these all PDFs? If they are, if you want I can create another subdirectory to store them, similar to what was done for the spreadsheets you made.

The good doctor even drew the blokes a picture to try to get it through their thick heads:
Image

This is from the journal Annals of Medicine, Volume 30 Issue 4 1998 in a paper authored by Dr. David Sinclair.--I've never seen this before, have you?

Honestly, looking through all the information that these so called "scientists" have access to, it's becoming increasingly apparent to me that these people all have their noses to the ground and are too self absorbed to even read the studies that they cite.

Thats amazing LoOp I hope you can manage to create some method of access for this material. At the end of the day though my experience of GP's, at least here in Ireland, is they basically prescribe whatever the reps from the Pharma companies are plugging or promoting through Golf Trips etc with little reading other than the promotional research material. The truth is there is no 'profit' for anyone in Nal as I understand it it most of the Nal produced is for the Vetinary industry!

Loop

good work on finding the papers, but I'd caution on the copyright issue - simply uploading all these papers to a public space could bring a lot of heat from the publishers to you. Typically they are going to charge a hefty one-off download rate for these and they won't care for somoene making them publicly available. Of course if your friend stored a copy in a password protected site purely for his own convenience, I'm sure that would be different ;)

PlainVanilla - would you be prepared to allow FTP access to part of the above domain. I have some ideas for some tools that I wouldn't mind trying out (e.g. a database for storing drinks etc) that I've mentioned in places around the forum? pm me if you're amenable to the idea. If not, no worries - I'll organise a domain myself.

Veterinary use? Heh, that's OK by me, in a way. To be honest, it was my familiarity with canine behavior as regards both conditioning and extinction that made TSM resonate for me.

Agreed on the copyright issue, after sleeping on the idea. Forgot for a moment these were behind a pay wall.

PM sent re domain - love to see some tools and toys developed.
