Does anyone find Nal helps with their restlessness?

I always feel pretty calm on it, and the following day (as long as I don't drink a lot and have a Nal over).

I'm not sure if this is related to 'not feeling like a drink'- thus relaxed, or some other mechanism. (I never feel like a drink now with Nal in my system)

I've heard that from time to time, NZ. I don't know why that is. One guy over on Reddit said it made him feel like he'd taken Ecstasy. Can't figure that one out at all...
