So I'm approximately 7 months in and things have been pretty good for the last few months. However...just lately I feel my progress is going backwards slightly !!

It's not horrendous....I've just gone back to having the odd one or two during the week ( I was completely abstinent mon toThursday ) ...and also having the odd secret swag out of the bottle which I had completely stopped !!

Any ideas what's going on ??

Hope - I took 11 months to be 'cured' and after my honeymoon period, my drinking went back up to approx. 4 a day again! It stayed there until I was cured - no downward spiral gradually at all - so I thought it was never going to work. I did have the odd AF day - like you, but as long as you are taking the nal at least an hour before you drink I would not worry too much! Keep an eye on your weekly intake and go by your gut feeling. If you think the Nal is still working, then just ride it out - often I have heard, that this happens before an extinction burst - not sure how true that is but it is possible. keep posting!

I think Maggie has a good point here, I seem to bump up a notch before my intake drops even further. Another issue that can come into play is that falling progesterone levels can affect how well Nal works. Might be good to take another half pill to counter it.
