Hi there - I got some too and then was wondering why I had got it - I think I got it to hopefully help me with sleeping - but it didn't. Why did you get it? Did someone say it could help with AL ?

Hugs, Maggie x

i got it because i have read that it has helped some people with their anxiety over quitting and helping with sleep. but i have been told it has to be taken on an empty stomach and generally during the day. what have you done?

I tried taking it before bed - but it didn't make any difference at all that I noticed. But we are all different ..... so try it and maybe it will help you.

Hugs, Maggie x

I think Paddy54 and Jaba have used it. You can also search on Theanine with the search icon at the upper right (FAQ Search Members User Control Panel)

Looks like the first page of search results is filled with my rantings, so go to the next page...

Thanks, Maggie. Maybe Paddy and Jaba will post too, it'll be interesting to see how others used it. I put some in my coffee this morning, seems to amplify the caffeine somewhat, let's see how sleeping goes tonight. I used to take 2 or 3 ibuprofen on a daily basis to ward off hangovers, really helped knock me out, neither the booze nor the ibuprofen are sustainable used like that.
