I have felt so bad last night and today.....I feel I need a night off both Nal and alcohol.

Will this be ok ? I just feel too ill.

Ps sorry for all the posts ...I just feel a bit scared :(

It is ok to take a break from the nal and the alcohol. Alcohol free days are wonderful. Just make sure that if, as they day wears on, you feel that you NEED to have alcohol, you take the nal and white knuckle it until one hour has passed. Not 45 minutes. One hour.

I am sorry you are having a tough time, but hang in there.

Thanks deena ...I took half and going to allow myself 2 lagers ...I believe the spirits and Nal caused it xx

Sorry for the bummer experience, Hope... I haven't had one (yet), but I'm guessing you had one of the dreaded Nal-overs...

It's been horrendous minniemum !! Yes I reckon it was a Nal over. I'd drank before on Nal ...a few glasses of info....maybe one small spirit....but last night knocked me for six !!! No more spirits for me xx

I think I am having the first Nal-over also. Last night I drank a Guinness at dinner and felt nothing at all. So I then had a couple glasses of wine. Then went to bed and couldn't sleep (I have restless legs syndrome) so I got up and finished the bottle.
This morning I have a horrible headache, nausea and extreme fatigue. I guess the honeymoon is over...going to take a nap now.
