I have been following the method perfectly for 6 weeks now and it has already changed my life. I'm not drinking like a fish anymore! I am enjoying myself again and I'm not afraid of what may happen if I drink more than I planned, because I don't really do that anymore.
I'm at an average of 5 drinks at a time about 2 days a week. Previous average was 15! So I'm very happy with where I'm at. I can't recommend this method enough!
I feel like I have my drinking under my control again and therefore, I have my life back. Forever grateful for the Sinclair method.
