Just a quick one to say good by and good luck to you all.

I truly believe that TSM was one of the biggest mistakes I have made in a long time. So now that I have stopped it I can start to live life with a clear head (that Naltrexone messed up my thinking and gave me terrible nightmares).

I will be throwing my copy of Dr Eskapa's book in the bin, and not visiting Blogs and sites about TSM or alcohol addition. To be honest I'm just sick to death of talking about alcohol as a problem, counting drinks, charts and so on. As my grandfather use to say "you've got to be your own doctor"

I've got a life to live with my wife, Gin to drink (and Whisky too), Chinese Tea, my love of history, reading good books and having a laugh.
