I need help and support this time around. I started TSM last April I never told anyone I was doing the sinclair method and my family and friends were so proud of me. I used to read everything that was out there about the method, read all the posts, but never posted anything because even to all of you I didn’t want to admit I was having a problem. I think that was the start of my downfall. Christmas I started having a few drinks without taking naltrexone and now I have slowly creeped back up to drinking too much regularly again. I am disappointed with myself.
I seriously need to get back to taking naltrexone and this time around I have told friends and family and I will be posting and asking questions and asking for your support. Looking forward to being in control again.
My question today is I have naltrexone pills left still that I ordered last April, would they be still good? Anybody know what kind of expiration date is on them? Where do I check for a date?

Looks like the shelf life is 3 years.
