Hi everyone.

One of the most daunting parts of following TSM well when I first started (which was only a couple of weeks ago now) was accurately tracking my alcohol units. :?
I found this great site and wanted to share it with whoever might be interested. You create an account and begin logging your drinks each day - along with any goals you may have. It is already helping me get a handle on what I actually drink!

The units are Euro units - which is fine with me. And the site has nothing to do with TSM specifically - just tracking alcohol units.

I'd love to know if any one else finds this site a helpful tool.
Thanks and good luck!

I found this site recently, registered and began tracking my units, too. While I'm in the states, this site seems pretty comprehensive and I believe will be helpful as I work through TSM and my experience with Nal.
