This week I have been keeping track. I should be receiving my Nal next week. I will be setting up an Excel spreadsheet. I have to figure out my own system of keeping track because from what I read, everyone has there own system of tracking their intake. I am going to take things in stride because I know from this forum that everyone has a different journey and it will take time for most. It is not an overnight solution or magic pill. I do look forward to getting better, day by day, week by week.
I was happy to hear that exercise was not going to be an issue. I am a runner and I enjoy the endorphin release. I enjoy being physically fit. Not to bring up anything taboo, but I'm assuming that it is the same for other things like sex, right? Should it be something to refrain from during this process? Hopefully not. Thanks, FMF
