I follow a low carb diet but not Atkins I follow

My energy levels increased and I don't feel sleepy after meals nor do I have cravings for sweets or chocolate etc... anymore, but that might just be because I pretty much eliminated flour products and thus all the additives they contain, I eat a lot of meat, veg and salads but not much fruit, not because they are carbs, just because I'm not big into fruit.
The first few weeks were hard, I really missed pasta and bread a lot. After a while you get used to it, the key is to be organised and always have food at hand, especially protein because if you get stuck, it's very difficult to find non-carb snacks... Being able to eat fat and cream is pure pleasure!
I haven;t noticed any difference since I started TSM.
Are you planning on ketosis?
