But sooo close.I have been doing the sinclair method for over 10 months and I feel that it has done its job and the rest is up to me.
It has absolutely worked as i no longer have cravings,alcohol tastes awful and does very little for me.i only drink once a week now and very little out of habit so maybe I should be happy with that but I'm not because sometimes I still drink too much when i have something to celebrate for instance,It's like,great news,must get hammered so will go for the sweet drinks which will give me that buzz.
i just don't know what to do for those situations.Having said that,when I do drink those gran marnier type drinks and get buzzed i'm still in control and not making a total disgrace of myself.,maybe just a little.
What I'm asking is how do you take final control once TSM has done its job..

Exert a little effort. Minimal. Keep in mind, you will continue to improve for up to three years. Those last few triggers making you want to celebrate will gradually fizzle away.

You are very involved with TSM research so I thought I'd let you know.

About 2 weeks ago,I accidently was running out,I had 2 left and the panic was on,no way was I going to screw up my 10 months on TSM.I ordered from River and told them my situation.
Meanwhile,I'm thinking last time I ordered from allday it took over a month so I decided to half my pills.
I only drink once maybe twice a week and guess what 25 mgs was not doing it,It was like the old days but not near as bad.
I got my nal from riverpharmacy in just under a week,still can't believe how quick they arrived but what a difference the full 50 mgs make.
I could really tell the difference.
