About a year ago I was 4 months into NAL ans TSM and was doing reasonably well. My wife of 27 years gave me the shoe, and I stopped NAL and just drank. No worse than always; probably 30+ units per week. Can I pick up where I left off? Can someone reply who has come back and won?

Retread, I haven;t given up nal and come back, but I think that you can definitely start over. No harm no foul - you will just have to start TSM from the beginning again. Maybe it will even come a little faster because of your previous experience.
