Can you tell me if I've got this right.In my very simple way of understanding it...
Nal takes about a day (the wash out) to leave your system,then you have all these endorphins flying around ready to be used and so we must engage in healthy activities for those AF days.By doing this we reinforce good activities.

However is it only certain activities like jogging etc which can be reinforced.Let's say I'm a coffee drinker and I want to switch to green tea.By drinking coffee on my nal days and green tea on my AF days could I kill 2 birds with one stone?

and another thing,does it really only take a day for everyone for the wash out,I took my last nal on Sunday and I'm only starting to feel well again.I was feeling full or bloaty.

You have the concept of selective extinction right. but I think it takes 48 hours to wash out totally. I don't know. I haven't done any selective extinction. I honestly don't put a hell of a lot of stock in it myself, but maybe if I start racking up AF days I'll see it.

I don't think Nal extinguishes caffeine addiction. don't quote me....check the book but I'm pretty sure it doesn't, so you can't kill that bird with this stone, but i'm sure reinforcing the green tea (if green tea produces endorphins) would be doable.

hope this helps. I am by no means an expert. but I really haven't heard a whole lot about selective extinction being that big of a thing around here. it might help to search it.
