I was trying to order from them, but it appears they only take VISA (not MasterCard, AmEx, etc), is that correct? Can anyone confirm? I am anxious to start TSM, but it seems like I hit one road block after another. Last year, went to my GP only to be sent away without a prescription for Naltrexone. Seems they would rather I continue to drink than give a proven/potential cure a try? So here I am a year later, and hit this ... have to apply for a VISA card.

My admiration to all who are working this program. It's inspiring to read your stories.

I ran into the same problem because my cards are all MasterCard or Discover. I solved it by using my ATM card which has the visa logo on it. Maybe yours does too?

I guess I would just encourage you to do what you have to do to make it happen. Don't let the little hurdles stop you from achieving the big goal.

Good luck.

You can always go to a CVS or Wal-Mart and get a prepaid Visa card.

On a couple of my orders (not my first) I called River and asked it would be okay if I mailed them a check drawn on my Health Savings Account. My expectation would be that she'd ship after my check cleared. She trusted me and shipped the same day I called. They are expensive but good folks.

I know River is changing their website but I recall (on their old website) that if you didn't have a visa you could call their toll free number and pay with mc or whatever over the phone. But I see on their new website (and it was probably on the old website too) if you order on-line you get the 20% discount, so it might be better as RV said, just get a pre-paid visa and order on-line.

All,

I have had good luck with All Day Chemist:

I am pretty sure they take VISA.
