I am on week 9 of TSM. I have already gone through the honeymoon phase, and my drinking has come back up to almost pre-naltrexone levels, and is slowly tapering off again. But today, I forgot to take my pill until 15 minutes before I was to leave for a party. I took the pill, and went to the party. I took my first drink 30 minutes after having taken the pill.

What does this do to my progress? Obviously it isn't something I should do often.

Nothing. Just don't make a habit of it and you'll be fine.

I still think the same way! Funny, I swear I feel almost panicky if I do not take my NAL an hour before! "Just in case" ...on any given day if you forget, sometimes I think I took double b/c I wasn't making mental note when I did, a day here or there doesn't matter. The NAL is still in your system...
