I just started reading this thread because, can you believe it -- I didn't know what a benzo was! Thanks for the clarification.

Virgil, you are on your way! Congrats on the tapering down. I was interested to read that benzos affect nal. My dr. prescribed some xanax for me to take b/c I've been having panic attacks. I'm on the lowest dosage and don't take them more than once a day and not every day -- but I have noticed my consumption has increased since I started taking them. Very interesting.
