Guido - you said that some nights you skip your Nal because of falling asleep - but also say that you haven't had an AF day - are you drinking without taking the Nal? You must take the Nal if you drink .... anyway it sounds really good for you and I am so happy that it seems to be working. I wish it would have the SE of making me sleepy - I cannot remember the last time I had a good night's sleep!

Hugs, Maggie

Maggie

I took him to mean he falls asleep without drinking, then wakes to drink, so takes half a dose.

It may be useful for you to explain what you mean in your post Guido.

I dont know how you guys all felt at this stage (one month in) but I dont feel like alcohol controls me as much as it used to. Am I AF, absolutely not, but I do feel more in control.

That is great Guido - and I hate to be the bearer of bad news - but there is often a honeymoon period, where you feel like this and your intake is down - then it goes back up again - you just have to hang in there and keep taking the Nal at least an hour before you drink. It is said that when one HAS the honeymoon period that you are a better candidate for the Nal to work - I have no idea if this is true or not or if it is an urban legend !!

Hugs, Maggie
