I think this is a great idea. Can we write something like a synopsis of our journey towards and through alcoholism and out the other side instead of putting forward posts that we have allready made here. Either way its a great idea.

PS Can someone explain why The cure for alcoholism is not available in mainstream bookstores. Ive searched and could find it nowhere other than amazon. What needs to be done for it to be more available

OK Everyone,..again submit your favorite posts or fresh new ideas to nalsyourpal@gmail.com

I would like suggestions for chapters (nice BGH) too as BGH said so that we can start plugging them in and organizing.....

Wow Jim, this is one big undertaking, thanks for doing this. Ok, give some of us some time to put some thought into this and I'm sure you'll probably get swamped by everyone.

thanks again, this is a great idea!

I'm really excited because it's going to be OUR book in the best possible way.

I'd like to even include a disagreements chapter. Something AA would never tolerate. Because its oftentimes in disagreements that we get epiphanies which then lead to either knowledge or some kind of insight that can make remarkable changes in our lives.....

nalsyourpal@gmail.com

Still awaiting first cut and paste or post :x

Chapter 1 The solution (Basically stating how NAL works and its simplicity)

Chapter 2 TSM and agnostics

Chapter 3 www.thesinclairmethod.com (How to use the board and rules)

Chapter 4 How and Why TSM works

Chapter 5 Habit versus Craving (I think this is an important concept because it gets right to the core of the light going off in my case these days, but still having a hard time envisioning an AF day, to the point that I would rather suffer with a little knee pain than think about going off NAL for some Vicodin)

Chapter 6 Our Stories

Chapter 7 Disagreements

Thats a start anyways.

Please I am in no way trying to hijack the book concept,...but will continue to offer my ideas and suggestions and gladly will throw out anything that people ain't jiving with....

OK thanks again and again the concept is a downloadable PDF that one could either carry with their laptop or print it out at a Staples.....

Best, Jim

PS the other nice thing about the book is that it could be totally custom tailored to whatever you wanted...you could throw out whatever you don;t want and just keep the stuff that inspires and means something to you....
