I have been af since new years eve. this is the first day I drank. I am quite nauseated and my poor body is in shock. I am sorry I did this to myself. i shall pay for days.probably at least three. I hardly ever drink.

I love it. I was agitated all day. Had a lot of hard work today. The computer I was working on crashed twice. And after 7 days AF, I said I'm going to have 4 beers (my limit anymore).

I had 1 drink which took an hour to consume because I really didn't like it. I finally got that warm AL feeling, then got another, but I had to drink something tastier first before I drank my drink then wash the taste out after the drink to even tolerate it. I wonder if I can even make it through this second drink. It'll be a challenge.

I LOVE TSM. I AM NOT ADDICTED TO THIS S H I T ANYMORE!!!

Hi everyone, I apologize for not being around more. Life is busy. I hope you are all finding your way in a good way. "that was a lame sentence". oh well. Anyway, I am doing fairly well. Dad fell in the care home and bumped his head pretty good but he is ok. Thank God. School is fine . I slipped and had alcohol on 2 days this month but no horrible things happened because of it so that is still an improvement. I enjoy life better now without the horrible binges from before. Still smoke if I do drink and that is annoying. Why can't I quit that!! I don't mind drinking once in a blue moon but I really hate the smoking but I am sorry this site is not for me to complain about that. I hope you are all doing really well and am planning to read for a while on the site soon to catch up. Thank you for your support. It really means alot and I wish the best for you. Love to you..

I have fallen in love and it is awesome. Don't know how long it will last but with Nal on my side things might actually work out. I sure hope so. Best wishes to all!

He drinks too much. It is annoying. I don't think i can handle this after all the work I have done. Too bad because I liked everything else about him. This is unfortunate and kind of burns me a little.
