Thanks Houtx wishing you the best and Jim thanks for the message. You might want to check out a website called lifetwo regarding relationship troubles. There are alot of men talking on there. I don't know the actual web address but just google lifetwo and it is there. My biggest challenge now is not alcohol because I don't drink often but when I do I smoke and I don't like that at all. Super annoying stinky and bad for me!! Best wishes!!! :D

You are not alone in the smoking w/ drinking - alot of my "normal" drinking girlfriends like to smoke when they drink, too. They used to bum off me, but I quit for good 4 yrs ago...if "they "suddenly announced it was not bad for you after all, I'd light up in a NY minute.

I LOVED smoking - but it is gross en el photo grande. Nicorette worked for me...

Never thought I'd be saying this but I think that the Sinclair method has cured me. There have been occasional " bumps in the road" but all in all my life is now very different and very functional. I am actually learning to play the mandolin and at the same time have the highest marks in school. It is really weird that for so long I felt like a loser that it is almost impossible to say to myself, congratulations. When someone says "way to go you are doing great" I just go ya whatever and shrug it off. I think that I now see how long term messages get stuck in the mind. I guess I would say to people getting better using this method to be careful of what your past has told you. After your brain is clear for a long time the psychological plays it's own games with you. Especially from people who have known you a long time as " the old you". I find I need to tell myself that I am fine and just to keep going on the positive path I have been so lucky to find. Best wishes and good vibes to all. :D

Hi Potato,

It was SO great to read this. Very inspirational to hear about how you've blossomed after saying goodbye to "the old you" with the help of TSM. Congratulations on both the one year anniversary and the SOBER  birthday celebration?! :o Miracles really do happen, and it couldn't have happened to a sweeter soul in your case. Enjoy! 8-)

Thankyou Krazy one. You took a quote and made it real for me. I wish there were appropriate words to tell you but there are not. I can only say thanks and that I have been on this road a long time and it works to improve anyone's life if they so choose. It is a real cure and not to be doubted. It truly worked for me and it will work for others.Anytime I feel like drinking I take my pill and I never end up in a bad situation because my brain just says no. Now isn't that a amazing.?
