Speaking of bras . Who knows where to get a good comfortable bra???. I think it is impossible. Everyone starts out ok but digs in and annoys me in the end. Any assistance in that department would be appreciated. Cheers.

LOL! Really, I thought my bra was supposed to fit comfortably around my hips. Maybe that is why it bugs me in the end. Hilarious Lena.
Just finished an absolutely huge amount of homework. I feel like standing outside my front door and screaming for a few minutes but the neighbors might think I was a little "touched". Maybe I will go try on bras for a while instead.

I am so cured it is funny. I am a totally different person than I used to be. I cannot remember the last time I got drunk but if I look back I will find it. but if I look back further I will see a clear person. By the way Oct 6th is my one year anniversary of doing the method. I feel better off now than I did a year ago. So if that helps anyone then groovy!

Never thought I'd be saying this but I think that the Sinclair method has cured me. There have been occasional " bumps in the road" but all in all my life is now very different and very functional. I am actually learning to play the mandolin and at the same time have the highest marks in school. It is really weird that for so long I felt like a loser that it is almost impossible to say to myself, congratulations. When someone says "way to go you are doing great" I just go ya whatever and shrug it off. I think that I now see how long term messages get stuck in the mind. I guess I would say to people getting better using this method to be careful of what your past has told you. After your brain is clear for a long time the psychological plays it's own games with you. Especially from people who have known you a long time as " the old you". I find I need to tell myself that I am fine and just to keep going on the positive path I have been so lucky to find. Best wishes and good vibes to all. :D

Potato - Happy B-Day! I passed by a church today and the sign out front said that the difficult times in our past are meant to make us "better" not "bitter". I, too have those that remember the old me and not the better me that we are all striving for. If we spend too much time looking back we will miss the opportunities that looking forward presents (or we'll run into a post  )

Reading these threads should be enough to make you a proud and happy person. Your struggles and success have inspired many and that is something, I am willing to bet, that those people that remember the old you cannot say they've accomplished in this lifetime.
