I'm not saying this is true for everyone but it was very true for me. I posted this video because I thought it might be helpful for someone else who is on a similar track. I certainly did not mean to upset anyone or get into an argument.
Deuce talk therapy is good for a lot of things but having an alcohol dependency issue is due to biochemistry. I don't think it matters at all how much insight you garner from therapy (and I've had at least a few years of it here and there) it will not stop you from drinking. In fact, the endorphin rush from alcohol probably enhances the post-therapeutic session experience. I know it did for me.
