Good news Hope, how exciting!!
We started at the exact same time I think. I am not as far along as you, I'm probably older (55) and had a really big problem, but I have noticed a big difference. No more drinking in the a.m. No more hangovers, no more cravings and no problem stopping.
For me, now, I have to break the damn habit of doing it just because I have been doing it for so long.
I am so happy for you, it really does work! That is so reassuring...

Hi suzie ...yes looks like we both started October. They do say each and every person has a different experience with nal ..and boy isn't that true !! I didn't feel any different at all ....I just thought it was strange me ordering a j20 instead of wine last week !! ...I still managed to put away a bottle of vino when I got in though !!

Saturday night and I've had a cup of tea and a smoothie !!...love it !!

Keep me posted how you are getting on...I'm 43 btw but have been drinking since early 20s cxxx

I was a very fast responder to TSM. It cut 'the chase' right out for me pretty much on day one and that was the biggest problem I had with alcohol. But I still had that nasty habit and as such still drank almost every night. Now granted I would drink 2-4 drinks not 15-20 so that, in and of itself, was a huge success. But just recently, 7 months into TSM, I finally decided to try and have alcohol successive free days. The old habits are powerful though and the fear of not drinking was very strong that is up until the day that I decided to quit for a few days. I waited... and waited... and waited... and it never came. The fear, the withdrawal that I felt for the last 20 years of my life on the day that I decided to get dry, just plain and simply never came. It was gone. Just like that.

So it's almost like... now I know. Now I know that it really is no longer an issue and that I can take it or leave it. But the only way I ever got to this point of knowing was to just try and not drink. It was that easy.

So I guess what I am saying is that it's even easier then I thought, hopefully that's what you are seeing now after some time.

By any definition, that is moderate drinking or close to it...
