It is no secret that I am an owner of River Pharmacy. People on the forum contact me on a regular basis with questions.
River Pharmacy has been a huge supporter of TSM forum. Here are the facts:
1. We are owned and operated by pharmacists
2. We have an in-house doctor who assists TSM members with prescriptions - at our expense
3. We have an addiction specialist on staff that is an expert in all types of anti-craving medications - at our expense
4. We have never had a security breach with regards to credit cards or emails.
5. The manufacturer of Nodict is Sun Pharmaceuticals. I confirmed with the manufacturer that the Nodict they manufacturer is NOT a time released tablet. You can contact them yourself if you want.
6. Members can order either Nodict or Naltima from River Pharmacy

I hope this clears up the issues.

As has been standard practice on this forum since its inception: if you are going to come on here and make statements about TSM as a professional or representing a vendor, your better have some impressive letters after your name that include titles like "PhD." (Have a look at the threads by Robert Rapplean some time ago and previous responses from moderators).

Ive mainly used naltrexone from river pharmacy and have never had a problem other than when it was my own fault and didnt follow the rule or when I was taking xanax which effects naltrexone. Ironically I got 3 months supply early last year in a pharmacy in Tenerife and I thout it wasnt as effective as the ones from River. I still have some of them left but am always hesitant to take them. I would have thought that most people here get theirs from river so there must be numerous people on here who use River and have had success.

OH. MY. GAWD.!

I've checked her out before, she has no legit qualifications, neither as an addictions "specialist" nor in pharma...

Going back quite a few years, as one of the pioneers on the Board - I failed. And I ordered my Nal from River. I tried for well over a year, charting and following it to the “T”.

I watched many others fade away as well who were also ordering from River. But I must say also, I know one person here that failed and was getting the “real deal” from her DR.

But I can’t help but SERIOUSLY wonder if it was the River Nal. And this yo-yo is really pissing me off! How DARE he come on here and make such claims when all he is trying to do is market a drug?!

And “Debbie” certainly does NOT pass the smell test …..

I hope people new to TSM are paying attention to this!

I purchased Nal from AllDayChemist about 4 or 5 months ago. I had no side effects when I first started taking it. Then I had a break of a few weeks and when I started it again, I felt VERY queezy. I tried again a month or so later and again felt super queezy. I don't know if I got some bad pills mixed in w/ my order or what. My alcohol intake has steadily increased almost to what it was when I acknowledged I have a drinking problem, short of no black outs to date.

I'm feeling gutzy today so will pull out an unopened pkg of Nal and give that another shot. This drinking problem is a real pain...

I've been reading all these posts, and it turned out that River does carry Naltima as well as Nodict. I ordered the Naltima. I was kinda pissed with Allday because their online ordering has been down since my last post- which has been awhile ago. So I bit the bullet and am waiting for my first Naltrexone package. Hopefully this stuff works for me. I'll try and keep you guys posted. If I start to lose interest and fade away, then no offense, I'm probably better off not obsessing about drinking. I'll try to make me one of them cool little signature things that keeps up with how much you're drinking (or were drinking.) I'll get right on that.

WTE, you didn't fail! You worked TSM and did your best to make the method work and have been a faithful follower here on these boards.

Let's get you back on TSM with some good NAL, following the protocol of charting your numbers, and reporting back here each week.

We aren't going to look back, what we are going to do is look forward to your success with TSM!



It's hard to say why a person will fail at TSM. Maybe they didn't take their NAL every time or maybe they are in that 22% that the method doesn't work for. However, you be confident that it will work for most people and you will be in this.



I don't think we need to be too hard on the sales part of River, as they do just sell a product. They don't make it.

However, I do agree with you about Debbie. She is looking more and more like a scam artist. She has setup multiple websites to treat alcoholism, but she has no credentials to back up her treatments. Most councilors prominently display their credentials. My only guess is that she has none. Her recent video about TSM is almost laughable. I'm sure the demand from this website for Naltrexone is what prompted her to look into TSM and setup yet another website for this market.
