I'm using Nalorex prescribed by my GP (personal Dr via the national health service) and have done even when I was getting it from the private physician I consulted for a while (in person not an internet pharmacy). I have occasionally used online pharmacy bought stuff but not recently.
It is a little different for you folks in other countries. Getting NAL from a GP here in the US means you have alcohol treatment on your medical record. Once this happens, you will likely never be able to get life insurance and you will be otherwise "branded."
I speak from experience.
Best bet it to get it from the internet, but it looks like this bit me is the butt because it appears I ended up with some bad NAL.

More than half our populace want a US style private system

, and many already think telling your Dr about certain things may stop them from securing employment if they have to undergo medical clearance for a job. Alcoholism was all over my notes already, so I didn't care. I've also paid for private treatment out of my own pocket because the NHS isn't always that responsive/limited in what it can offer, and I know I'd not get private insurance here either - some people in the UK do use their private insurer to pay for stints in rehab if they develop it whilst already covered, but they only get one chance at it.
At least we have fall back here.
