I'd like to make a very important edit to the reply from Dr Eskapa, which may be due to translational-english errors. He says "take 2 days of", at first I thought he meant have 2 days where you drink but don't take naltrexone. After reading, thinking about the theory and how TSM works I am 99% sure he means "take 2 day OFF" ie don't drink, then of course you don't need the nal and on the 2nd day you get the rebound effect as nal wears off, you are hypersensitive to endorphins and go get a healthy endorphin release via something useful like exercising.

I have experienced this, not for a while for a variety of reasons but when it happens it's absolutely awesome.

Now fully in control, alcohol no longer bothers me. Chose to go AF from 22nd July 2013.
TSM set me free

You are absolutely right UK! In fact we can use the occasion to actually increase our enjoyment of those endorphin releasing activities. In the same was as the Nal blocks our Endorphin high from drinking, which gradually "extinguishes" the alcoholism fire, we can enjoy the opposite effect during the second day off, doing those activities that release endorphins we will gradually LIGHT the fire...learning to enjoy them even more in the same way as our brain learned to enjoy drinking. Over time, then, we will actually increase our pleasure and enjoyment of those activities that we choose---so choose wisely---and enjoy!

;)
