I had a procedure that involved opiates and I stopped taking nal three days before. My doc assured me that was PLENTY of time - I think 48 hours to be safe should be enough for it to be out of your system as long as you have a fully functioning liver. Probably the same with the opiates once you take them. But again, I'm not a doc.
