Good stuff Bob. I kinda sorta disagree w/ some of the stuff Penn and Teller say but they admit at the beginning not being addicts, being atheists, etc.

Oddly, this is my second alcohol free day since starting the sinclair method 6-7 weeks ago.

It's funny that I should see this on an oddball day of sobriety. I even feel kinda tired and am having chamomile tea.....(it is 2.34 AM)
