I was getting ready to pounce on the person at MWO who falsely claimed that naltrexone only works with abstinence but then I saw your incredibly strong arguments and there was simply nothing to add. Except maybe "ditto." Great job.

Actually, LoOp, I did think of one thing to add. Since your opponent likes to cite anecdotal evidence, why don't you add the names of all the cured people in your next post, briefly explaining they have all been cured in the past few weeks, along with a link to the TSM Works blog authored by Tom.

Lenore PM'ed me and said "can't they read?" and "frustrating". I responded and said that it's like you have a diamond in your hand and all you want to do is give it to somebody but it's so bright they don't even want to look at it. I now, fully understand why this has taken 30 years to even become slightly popular.

TSM's Achilles Heel is that it works too well. This is funny but it's not.

Let's, in this discussion as in others, try to stay mindful of our attitudes as we would hate for our frustration to be the source of a turnoff for anyone.

Yes LoOp, it's like seeing a person starving on the street, handing them money and having them refuse it. Incredibly frustrating indeed. But you are correct, we should always show respect for others in advocating TSM, even in disagreement. Very good arguments over there. I added my two cents as well.

If Elpis at MWO is having success with Naltrexone and abstinence, then I don't think it is necessary to convince him in particular. However, it is important that others who read that MWO thread understand the proper use of Naltrexone, so they can have the highest chance of recovery. It appears that our group here has done a fine job of presenting TSM with direct links and good commentary. Anything more and it will become one of those neverending threads where the participants defend their side to the bitter end.

I agree. I thought I made that clear in my post over there but it may have gotten buried. As someone who has gotten snagged into an unending spar in the past, I'm with bob.
