Dr. Eskapa

Why is it there are no recent answers to questions to the Dr. (from the Dr.)?
I was reviewing the questions and the Dr. seems to respond to "some" via personal email.
I do not understand why he does this, as this is a forum and we all would benefit from the sharing of the answers.
Some clarification would be appreciated.

I think this was a misunderstood question.
I just have had a personal response from Dr. Eskapa and while I absolutely appreciate his time and concern, my question is "Why are we not able to all share in the answers to the forum questions?"

Perhaps it's a legality issue?

ART -- First, I know Dr. E has been traveling; the latest trip had to do with his mother's ill health.

I also am of the impression that he does not use the internet as much as some of us and when he gets an email notification of a pm he just responds to that. That's why, on that thread, I've asked folks to post the email response, if they get one, by pasting if they get a response that way.

If one is not familiar with this board it can be awfully tough to get on every few weeks and make heads or tails of it. That's why I've TRIED to keep the Ask Dr E thread cleaned up but it's tough.

Occasionally lately I send a link to a thread about success I think he might enjoy. He does enjoy them and promises to pass them along to Sinclair.

Anyone is free to email him by hitting the "email member" button. Many of you have and I know he enjoys hearing from people. He is so passionate about TSM and loves hearing about our challenges as well as successes. He's just not one to spend as much time on the computer as some of us do.

I don't speak for him in this but I suspect he may not have an answer to some things that have been asked. Or some he has answered already.

My sense is that Dr E cares deeply about us and would never want to be thought of as aloof or unapproachable.

Hi Lena and all,

I understand, he does have a sincere understanding of our posts. In fact, he wrote to me with clarity of my situation, and I did not mention my program at the moment (In my recent post), but he remembered my story, or he took the time to refresh his memory of my posts.

It's just that I was reading the questions for the Dr. and I think we could all benefit with more interaction with the answers to our questions.

I understand what you mean about the pm and then copying and posting, but I do not know how to do that, (well not yet!) But it just came to my attention that I read the questions, and there are no answers a lot of the time.

Before we could share our views on the Ask the Dr. thread. I am not suggesting changing that format, just wish for a better way for us all to have the information from the good Dr.
