I thought I'd plot up my progress, less the weeks I was sick, and was very surprised at how closely my progress follows the extinction curve in Dr. Eskapa's book. The main difference is my starting point was about twice those in the study. Is this verification of TSM or what....

Interesting indeed - and likewise, encouraging.

Thank you Q, interesting indeed!

What did you use to generate the chart?

That's great Q! We should point out your new-found success to some of the strugglers.

The Chart Function in MS Excel. Once you plot your data, you can add a trendline by right clicking on one of the data points on the chart and selecting "Add Trendline."

~Q~, I can do the chart, but cannot figure out how to post it here - every time I try to add the attachment, whether it is Word or Excel, it doesn't upload for some reason. ???

You have to upload the image to a website and input the URL for the image between the image tags you get when you click the Img button on the toolbar right below the post subject line.

I used the power regression curve. Logarithmic regression will give you close to the same trend line. It looks to me like Dr. Eskapa's graph uses a logarithmic regression, but I liked the way the power regression looked over the logarithmic regression in my chart.

What the hell are you all talking about? I am about ready to pull out the freaking graph paper and plot it that way!
