Something strange is happening !!!

So I'm around 4.5 months in ....and I'd seen no difference at all !!...then the other day I thought to myself..... Could really do with losing weight for my Ho,I day end of May. So I decided I wouldn't drink during the week ....and guess what?...for the last 3 week. Haven't drank Monday to Wednesday !!...I made it to today this week !!

Also ....I went out for a birthday last Sunday.....and although I shared a bottle of wine I actually ordered a j20 as well....because I actually w ted one !!

Even stranger ....during the week in the evenings.....I am REALLY fancying cups of tea !!

Don't want to speak to soon but hope this is the start of things to come

Did you run into any cravings on your AF days or was it smooth sailing?

Absolute plain sailing !! I seem to replaced my alcohol obsession with fitness !!

Ps I have had it drilled into me NOT to force anything....ie if I want a drink have one ...if I don't then do t !...simple x

Good for you! As I always preach, you've got to replace the alcohol with something.

Fitness wouldn't be my first choice though. Too strenuous!

Thanks everyone...daren't get too X cited yet though.

So for the last few weeks I've not drank mind-Thursday ...my new goal is to give myself one drinking day a week !! ...hopefully my brain will agree with me.

So last night I had a bottle of wine. I am now sat drinking tea whilst my OH has a vodka lemonade !!

Sorry if I'm getting boring...just so excited!!

My OH is on his 4th vodka (I've even been pouring them ) ....I am drinking a spinach , kale and blueberry smoothie
