I have read that one of the international pharmacies has temporarily run out of Naltrexone sourced from Spanish (and I think) Greek stocks. It sounds like it resulted from a combination of resale politics and increasing demand. Who knows if it will affect the Indian stocks by ripple effect, but I just started TMS a month ago and decided not to take any chances, so I placed another AllDayChemist order yesterday to be on the safe side.

Just for information purposes, the Naltrexone (Naltima brand) I purchased from ADC in October was manufactured in August of 2014 and doesn't expire until September of 2017.

I went ahead and ordered enough to carry me at least through June. I'd rather have it on hand and not need it than the other way around.

I think that's smart all41. I'm only taking nal 3 times a week now and have a stash that will take me out 8 months or so. Even with that, I'm considering buying a little more.

I just ordered another 4 month supply from alldaychemist too. What will happen when TSM really catches on? I hope they will have enough for the millions that need it?

Someone will make more. If it becomes scarce and desirable, it'll move from "we make this basically as an act of charity" to "hey, the profit is small but real." The price might go up during that time, but then they'll start making more and market forces will pull it down again.

I guess it could get tight for a while, but it's not like it'll become hard to get forever. They can make more.

I suspect it's only the American and European non-generic brand name manufacturers that see Naltrexone as an act of charity.

Someone in India though, is surely laughing all the way to the bank
