Hi,

I am new here; only started TSM 17.1.2013.

I can't tell yet if it is working, but i do seem to not want to drink as much as before in the evenings.

But one of mu problems is I've gotten into having drinks on weekends in the day if i can afford it (e.g. not having to drive or do any other stuff for which i need my full mental capacity...) and i can't stop myself!

I just want the nice mellow feeling I'll get after some wine; and then some more wine etc.
Especially if i just have to do household work.

Any ideas how TSM will work for this?
Or do i just need to be really strong willed?
Or maybe after a while i want feel like wanting those drinks?

Thanks

IMO, the best thing to do is "drink as you normally would." If you drink during the day, then you should drink on those days. The only rules with TSM are to be safe when you drink, take the naltrexone one hour before drinking, keep a drinking log and be patient.

There is a lot of good information on this board, along with some really helpful people. Good luck on your journey!
